Murder case adjourned to next month [1]

The case against Siosaia Tu Maile the 19-year-old who is charged with the murder of Tonga's Salvation Army leader Ned Cook (67), was adjourned to September.
Police Prosecution said today the case was called at the Fasi Magistrate’s Court on August 3, before it was ajourned to be mentioned on September 28, to allow investigators time to complete the paperwork for committal to the Supreme Court.
The accused first appeared at the lower court on May 25. He remains in Police custody.
He is alleged to have assaulted the victim on Friday night, May 15 on Vuna Road.
Cook, who was the Salvation Army Team Leader, died on May 17 at Vaiola Hospital. His body was returned to New Zealand for burial.
