Repatriation flight from Fiji postponed [1]

The first repatriation flight that was expected to arrive in Tonga from Fiji tomorrow afternoon, Saturday July 11, has been postponed until Monday, according to airline sources.

Meanwhile, earlier today 'Iliesi Tora told Radio Nuku'alofa 88.6FM that he was one of more than 60 people in Fiji who had been tested for CoViD-19, at USP compound in Suva, in preparation for the flight to Tonga, which was scheduled to depart Nausori Saturday morning.

This evening Matangi Tonga checked with Fua'amotu International Airport in Tongatapu and we were informed that the flight was now rescheduled for Monday.
