Police search continues for missing diver [1]

A search for missing sea cucumber diver Ualeni Pomana (20) continues in Tongatapu waters.

Police today said, although nothing had been found their search continued. 

The body of another 37-year-old diver was found Tuesday morning, July 7 has been identified as ‘Iteni Latu.

Both men went out diving for sea cucumber near ‘Oneata Island on Monday, July 6. Tonga Police were notified later that night, that they had not returned.

Both men are from Patangata.
