Siosaia Tu Maile is the 19-year-old charged with the murder of 67-year-old Ned Cook, whom he allegedly assaulted on Friday night, May 15, on Vuna Road.

Police confirmed today, the accused from Ma’ufanga remained in custody. He appeared at the Fasi Magistrate’s Court on Monday, May 25 charged with murder.

His case was adjourned to August 3, said the lower court.

Cook, who was the Salvation Army Team Leader, died on Sunday, May 17 at Vaiola Hospital.
