Driver in road accident busted with cannabis [1]

A 23-year-old man was arrested with cannabis, after a road accident involving his vehicle on October 26, at Fahefa in Tongatapu.

The Police Drug Enforcement Taskforce seized an alleged 6.62 grams of cannabis from this vehicle.

The accused has been charged with unlawful possession of the illicit drug. 

Police said no one was injured in the road accident.
