Illicit drugs case adjourned to November [1]

An illicit drugs case against Sione Filipe Jr has been adjourned again to November 18 at the Fasi Magistrate's Court, along with the cases against co-accused Siua Sekona and suspended Police officer Fanguna Alalea.
Filipe is charged with possession of illicit drugs relating to the seizure of 242 grams of cannabis seeds brought into Tonga, at Fua’amotu International Airport in March.
Sekona is charged with Filipe Jr relating to the seizure of 242 grams of cannabis seeds brought into Tonga.
Alalea is charged with accepting bribery in relation to Filipe Jr's case.
Police Prosecution confirmed today, all three men appeared at the lower court on Monday, October 7 and had their cases adjourned to the same date, 18 November.
In July, Filipe was arrested for the second time due to the bribery allegation regarding the suspended police officer.
They remain on bail.
