Detainment for accused in $3 million meth bust [1]

Lisiate ‘Otuhouma is the 28-year-old man charged after being arrested with three kilograms of methamphetamine at his home in Fahefa on April 17.

The accused appeared at the Magistrate’s Court on Monday, April 29 and had his case adjourned to July 29.

Police Prosecution said today, they requested his further detainment as the illicit drugs have been sent to be tested in New Zealand.

The Police Drug Enforcement Taskforce made this significant seizure they approximated to be worth $3 million pa'anga, during a drug operation.
