Cannabis bust in Ma‘ufanga [1]

A 32-year-old man from Ma’ufanga was arrested with cannabis on April 6.

Acting Chief Superintendent Tevita Vailea said today the accused was found with the illicit drug that was contained in one pack.

The accused was arrested at the Touliki area and has been charged with possession of the illicit drug.

Police are continuing drug busts, which last week saw numerous seizure of methamphatamine and cannabis at various locations in Tongatapu.
