China donates more tractors to Tonga [1]

Four tractors were gifted to the Tongan Government by the local government of Dongguan, a city in the Guangdong Province of China on March 11.

Chinese Ambassador HE Mr Wang Baodong presented the donation to Prime Minister Hon ‘Akilisi Pohiva at St George Government Building.

It is understood that the tractors accompanied with four-disc ploughs would be distributed by government to be used by people in the electoral consituencies of Tongatapu 1, Tongatapu 2, Tongatapu 10 and Vava’u 16.
