‘Ofaloto Vaha’i (17) has been named as the youth who died on November 16 in Vava‘u, after he reportedly fell from a one tonne truck that was travelling on a road from Toula to Neiafu.

Police said today the 58-year-old driver from Ta’anea has been charged with reckless driving causing death.

The victim from Toula was reportedly sitting at the back of the truck when he fell onto to the road.

He died at the scene.
