Tongan valuable mats stolen in home break-in [1]

A break in at a home in Ma’ufanga targeted valuable Tongan mats worth more than $3,000 pa'anga on October 15.
Acting Chief Superintendent Tevita Vailea said today a complaint was filed with police last week.
He said two Tongan mats (fala fihu) worth over $3,000 pa’anga were stolen.
Police is asking the public for any information that might help with the arrest.
