Man turns up with cannabis at police station [1]

A 38-year-old man from Popua who went to the Central Police station in a domestic violence case, was found with four packets of cannabis in his possession.

Tonga Police said the accused arrived at the station on September 28.

When police officers searched him, cannabis weighing 1.25 grams was found in his possession.

The accused has been charged with possession of the illicit drug, pending court.
