Police confirm death by suicide at Kolofo’ou [1]

Tonga Police today confirmed that the 23-year-old man found dead at a home in Kolofo’ou last Wednesday night, May 2, committed suicide.

The victim, reported to be from Ngele’ia, was rushed to Vaiola Hospital, where he was confirmed dead.

This follows a suicide death in Ha’apai in April where a 20-year-old woman died at the hospital in Pangai.
