Armed robbers flee with $10,000 in Pahu [1]

Police are looking for two robbers who were armed with an iron rod, and stole around $10,000 pa’anga from a Chinese shop on Friday night, April 20 in Pahu.
Acting Chief Superintendent Tevita Vailea said today the two men wore masks and threatened the shopkeeper, who handed over a bag containing the money and other goods.
The offence took place around midnight. No one was injured.
He said no arrest has been made yet.
