'Elenoa Havea of Fua'amotu will be traveling to Auckland with $2000 in her pocket this week after winning the grand prize in a local money transfer promotion.

The Western Union (Tonga) Warriors Promotion Grand Prize consisted of NZD$2,000 cash, return tickets for two to New Zealand, and four tickets to the Western Union Match Day between the Vodafone Warriors and the Queensland Cowboys at Ericsson Stadium, Auckland, on August 12.

Robina Nakao, the Western Union Tonga manager, presented 'Elenoa with her prizes on August 4 at the Fund Management House. She said that the two month long promotion was for customers receiving money transfers from New Zealand, and their names went into a draw.

Ten consolations prizes of signed rugby balls from the Warriors players were also to be awarded to ten winners.
