Hihifo's water generator stolen [1]

The generator for the Hihifo water supply system at Kolovai has been stolen.

Police today said the District Officer reported the generator stolen last week.

He reported that they do not know when it was stolen because they only noticed it missing after Tropical Cyclone Gita.

An investigation has since started to locate the missing generator and those who committed the offence.
