Fuifui Moimoi scored his first Rugby Union try for English club, the Bradford & Bingley Bees on Saturday 3 February. The Bees announced in a match report that Moimoi made his debut for the club on 27 January and plays in the center position.
The Bees Match Report stated, “The big man announced his arrival in no uncertain terms as he blasted towards the home line with his first touch of the ball.”
“The Bees were able to pull off this signing through the friendship of Bees second team coach and fellow Tongan, Richard Tafa with the Rugby League legend”, it added.
The Bees also confirmed reports that Moimoi had joined the club after being released by his former Rugby League club, the Toronto Wolfpacks.
