Two men have been arrested after they were allegedly found with cannabis and methamphetamine at a home in Tu’atakilangi on October 12.

A search warrant was executed at a home resulting in the arrest of the two accused, aged 41 and 38.

Small ready-to-sell packets included 59 containing cannabis, 41 with cannabis seeds and two containing methamphetamine were seized.

The accused who are detained in custody have been similarly charged with possession of illicit drugs. They are expected to appear at the Magistrate’s Court next week.

The weight of the drugs is to be confirmed later.
