A man from Hala-‘o-vave has been charged with reckless driving causing bodily harm when he allegedly crashed into another vehicle injuring its driver at Malapo.

The crash took place at 10:00pm on October 11 on Taufa'ahau Road.

It is alleged that the accused driver failed to give way before u-turning on Taufa’ahau Road, causing his car to crash into another vehicle that was heading west.

The male driver of the other car sustained minor grazes to his face, hands and other parts of his body.

While, the accused also sustained minor injuries. Both are reported to be fine.
