No suspect has been arrested in relation to an alleged arson at a home in Sopu on Sunday afternoon, October 1. 

Police today said a 51-year-old woman; the owner reported that someone had allegedly set her home on fire, gutting part of the house, including a washing machine, at around 1:20pm.

The damages are estimated to have been around $4,500 pa’anga.

Investigation continues.
