Man arrested for scissors attack [1]

A man remains in custody after being arrested for stabbing his girlfriend on the leg with a pair of scissors on 25 August at Tokomololo.

Police said today, the 32-year-old woman filed the complaint to police.

The accused who faces bodily harm charges is alleged to have punched the victim on the face and struck her leg with a pair of scissors, at around 6:00pm.

He remains in custody as police complete the investigation.
