Utah river claims life of young LDS missionary [1]

Siaosi Brown

Tributes are flowing in for 22-year-old Siaosi Brown of Utah, USA, who died last week during a hiking accident in Utah. Siaosi had worked as an LDS missionary in Kansas. 

The tragedy occurred on June 4 when Siaosi and his friends were hiking the Bell Canyon Trail near Sandy City in Utah. Siaosi was swept away in a river from his friends who attempted to save him. His body was discovered by a rescue helicopter the next morning.

Siaosi was buried on Saturday in Salt Lake City.
