Chief Justice rescinds FlyNiu injunction [1]

Chief Justice Webster this morning cancelled the Injunction that he granted the FlyNiu Airlines on August 17.

The Injunction quashed an order by the Minister of Civil Aviation on August 13 which came into effect on August 16, revoking Air National Corporate Ltd Foreign Air Operator Certificate No. FAOC57567.

Chief Justice Webster ordered that the rescinding of his injunction is to come into effect at 6 pm on Friday September 10.
