Police confirm second suicide case in village [1]

A 24-year-old man was reported to have committed suicide in Folaha on Saturday, April 1, said Tonga Police today.

"We received the report of the case from his family. Doctors confirmed it was a suicide."

This is the second suicide case in Tonga and the second from the same village.

The first was a 14-year-old boy who was reported to have committed suicide on Saturday, March 25.

No other details was released at this stage.
