Four arrested with cannabis packets [1]

Four people have been arrested and charged after being found in possession of packets of cannabis in separate areas in Tongatapu from March 8-11.
Tonga Police said today, March 11, two males, a 16-year-old and a 21-year-old were arrested on Saturday night in a stolen car.
Police officers responded to a report on the stolen car and located two people with the car on Sateki Road in Nuku’alofa.
They were found in possession of 4.46 grams of cannabis. Both have been charged with possession of the illicit drug and other charges.
On 10 March, a 25-year-old man from Tokomololo was arrested for possession of 0.9 grams of cannabis, after police executed a search warrant at his home.
On 8 March, a 31-year-old man was arrested and charged at Puke when he was found with 0.24 grams of cannabis.
The accused are pending trial.
