Manslaughter accused named [1]

Police have named Saia Tapueluelu from Fungamisi as the 28-year-old man charged with the death of 17-year-old Kelekolio Fahiua in Neiafu on New Year's Eve. 

It is alleged that Kelekolio fell onto a sidewalk after he was punched by Saia during a breakup of a fight between youths at St. Peters Chanel College. Saia is due to appear in court this week.

Kelekolio Fahiua was the head prefect of St. Peter Chanel College in Neiafu, Vava'u. The college had been celebrating its Golden Jubilee during the week up to the New Year.
