Murder accused to appear in court this week [1]

Two men and two teenaged boys who are charged with the murder of ‘Aiveni Teisina (36) who died at Vaiola Hospital on Monday, October 24 from injuries after being allegedly assaulted with a machete, are due back in court this week.

Halahuni Taliai (20) from Nualei, Luseni Lo'amanu from Kolofo'ou (36), Sosefo Malimali Vea (19) of Nualei and Semisi Tangataevaha from Kolofo’ou (16) are expected to appear at the Fasi Magistrate's Court  on Wednesday, November 2.

The first appeared at the Fasi Magistrate’s Court last week on Wednesday October 26.

The incident is alleged to have taken place early Sunday morning, October 23 at a solar farm parking lot in Vaini.
