Government Christmas holidays start Dec 21 [1]

Tonga Government’s public service will close down on Tuesday, December 20 at 4:30pm for the beginning of their Christmas vacation.

The Prime Minister’s Office confirmed today the public service vacation starts from Wednesday, December 21 until Monday January 2, 2017.

They also advised that the Christmas vacation will be followed by the normal Prayer Week for the New Year in Tonga, when public servants will work short days until 4:00pm.
