The yacht Sea Oak sailed into Pago Pago Harbor this morning with one caucasian man on board believed to be murder fugitive Dean Jay Fletcher, according to reports coming out of American Samoa this afternoon.

KHJ News reporter Tauva Esera said the sole person on the yacht was a 6 ft. man with shoulder length hair.

The yacht Sea Oak was anchored at the inter island dock next to the Department of Public safety Marine unit. 

Immigration authortiies had already boarded the vessel but they did not seem to know that the man on baord was wanted in Tonga for murder. 

According to the report, a Marine Patrol officer said a team of police investigators had already been to check out the yacht but it's believed that they cannot search the boat until a warrant is obtained. 

It's not clear if there's been any contact between the local Department of Public safety and Tongan authorities. 

American Samoa does not have an extradition agreement with the United States. Reporter Esera said the man believed to be Fletcher didn't seem concerned and was having a nap on his yacht while awaiting to find what the authorities were going to do with him.
