Motor Parts Services has extended its services by becoming the stockist and distributor of the Hydraulic Fluid Connection in Tonga.

Hydraulic fluid connections are used in heavy lorries and air conditioners.

Mohammed Razak, the owner of the Motor Parts Services, said that he acquired the distribution right when the Shipping Corporation of Polynesia ceased to stock it.

“In the past the distribution of hydraulics was mainly used by Government equipment but now there is a need of this kind of service for the Private Sector and so I thought I’dl give the distribution a go”, Razak said.

He has installed two machines, one is for the pressing of oil and the other for the cutting of fittings like pipes and hoses.

The hydraulic extension was officially opened on July 12 by Baroness Tuputupu Vaea. Also present at the opening were the former Prime Minister Baron Vaea and Minister for Labour Commerce and Industry Masaso Paunga.
