Burglars steal handicrafts from Women's Centre [1]

Burglars stole valuable Tongan handicrafts worth around $5,800 pa'anga from the Catholic Women's League centre at Ma'ufanga on Tuesday night, 19 January.
Chief Superintendent Tevita Fifita said today they were still looking for suspects in relation to the robbery.
He alleged that the window at the centre was allegedly broken into and fine mats and other Tongan handicrafts stored inside were stolen. The amount of the stolen goods is estimated to be worth around $5,800 pa'anga.
The CWL centre is located on Vuna Road.
