Tonga’s Royal Beer Company was again awarded two Bronze Medals by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria at the Australian International Beer Awards 2000.

The Acting Manager of Royal Beer, Tini Vete, and his Brew Master, ‘Ala Tu’ineau, show the certificates they received at the Grand Hyatt, Melbourne, on July 6.Tini said that the two Bronze Medals were shared between the Ikale Export Beer, and the Royal Premium All Malt Beer. They bring to six the number of medals awarded to Royal Beer —including two in 1997, and two in 1998. Tini said that 300 different beers from 93 countries entered this year’s competition.
