Fua'amotu teen charged with murder [1]

A 19-year-old man has been charged with murder in relation to death of a 36-year-old man whom he allegedly stabbed during an incident in Fua’amotu on Sunday night, 17 January.

Tonga Police today confirmed that the offence took place at around 10:00pm last night. The accused remains in police custody. 

Both the deceased and accused are from the village of Fua'amotu.
