Introducing a new Malaysian building material to Tonga—asbestos free cement—were Lee Chong Poh and James Tang, of the UAC Berhard, of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was their first visit to Tonga.

Their company is a leading supplier of fibre cement in the region, and James said they were invited to come by the Minister of Labour, Commerce and Industries, and Kaveinga Fa‘anunu, the manager of Tonga Timber.
