Public service holidays start Dec 22 [1]

The Tongan Government’s public services will close down at 4:30pm on Monday, 21 December - the last working day, before the beginning of the Christmas and New Year holidays.

The Prime Minister’s Office confirmed that the civil servants break runs from Tuesday, December 22, 2015 to resume on Monday, 4 January 2016.

Government starts the new working year at 8:30am on Monday, 4 January.
