New owner for Office Equipment Ltd. [1]

Pacific Retail Limited (PRL) have sold their Office Equipment Ltd. business to Pancom Holdings Limited (PHL) in a privately negotiated sale that closed in June 2015.

 Tapu Panuve, a former manager of OE Ltd., is the chairman of PHL, a Tongan-owned company

Office Equipment Ltd. was established in 1989 by Ross Chapman who has retired. He announced the sale in a statement today.

Ross said he hired Tapu in 1989 to help start the business. “I always had a vision that it would eventually be owned by him and we have finally reached that goal. Tapu has a great future with his team involving Managers, Ana Fatai, Leveni Asitomani and co. I am now looking forward to enjoying my retirement more with my 10 grandchildren,” he said.

OE is located in Kupu House in Fatafehi Road, Nuku'alofa.
