Lord Tu'iha'ateiho's case for possession of a .22 semi-automatic pistol without a licence four-years ago was further adjourned to 27 February, after it was set for counsel to make their sentencing submissions today.
The case was initially set down for sentencing submissions at the request of the accused counsel Kahungunu Afeaki in November last year. The counsel had today requested its adjournment.
The judge said this case will not go on forever and set the final adjournment.
