Tonga Thunder finishes third in Oceania Youth Cup [1]

Tonga’s Under-15 Aussie Rules Football team, the “Tonga Thunder” finished third out of five teams at the 2014 Oceania Youth Cup held in Suva, Fiji last week.

The week long competition ran from Monday, December 8 to Friday December 12.

Fiji were eventual winners defeating Nauru in the grand final by a wide margin 21 – 8. Tonga Thunder defeated Vanuatu 24 -16 for third place.
