An 11 year-old boy was rushed to hospital in Auckland today after he was reportedly stabbed with a pair of scissors by a fellow student at a Mangere primary school run by the Tokaikolo Christian Church in New Zealand.
The school known as the Pacific Christian School caters for 96 primary and intermediate students.
The victim is said to have been critically injured and scene examination by New Zealand police was underway.
The Tokaikolo Christian Church is a “multi-faceted organization consisting of arms in education, business, evangelism, and so on,” according to Sangster Saulala, in the preface to his history of the church, founded in Tonga in 1978 by a breakaway group of the Free Wesleyan Church of Tonga.
