NZ Immigration Ballot results due June 16 [1]

Immigration New Zealand will announce the results of those who registered in a ballot for immigration to New Zealand, next Monday, 16 June.
Those who were selected from the ballot will be contacted and invited to lodge applications for residence in New Zealand. However, only applicants who successfully meet immigration requirements will be selected.
The annual immigration ballot offers a quota of 250 places for Tongan nationals to apply for emigration to New Zealand. According to Immigration New Zealand, 2,824 Tongan citizens have been awarded residence visas since the programme began in 2002.
Quota numbers offered for other islands are 1,100 places for Samoan nationals, 75 places for Tuvaluan nationals and 75 places for I-Kiribati nationals. Immigration New Zealand stated that around 10,700 registration applications were received from all Islands.
