Students and ex-students charged after school fight [1]

Twelve-men, identified as Liahona High School ex-students and students have been charged in connection with a school fight in Nuku’alofa on March 6.
Chief Inspector Tevita Fifita said the accused have each been charged with two counts of assault and public disorder while a few faces an additional count of conspiracy to commit the offences.
He said of the 12, seven men are Liahona ex-students, two are currently Liahona students and three are ex-Liahona students who just started with Tupou High School on the day of the fight.
They have all been released on bail to appear at the Nuku’alofa Magistate’s Court on April 4.
Chief Inspector Tevita said that the Police is still looking for two more suspects.
These arrests were in relation to an attack on ‘Apifo’ou College students, at the bus stop on the Vuna Road seafront on March 6.
