Editor,
I read with great interest your article relating to the establishment of the Investigation Committee by the Tongan Parliament to investigate MP 'Akilisi Pohiva, and I quote, "...for allegedly lying in parliament". If lying in parliament (as one arm of the Kingdom's Executive) is a crime, then I suggest that the investigation Committee, once completed their Pohiva assignment, should investigate a member of their very own committee for allegedly lying to the Head of Privy Council (another arm of the Kingdom's Executive).
C'mon guys, your plates are full of important issues to work on. Do a bit of homework and stop picking on small issues that distracts the House's agenda. Unification and smooth transition is what the people of Tonga needs, and your main opponent is Time but not your fellow MPs.
