  • Post Graduate Diploma with no working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Diploma Certificate with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 8 years relevant working experience.

Qualifications acceptable for this role must be in law, public policy, intelligence, criminology or a related field is required.

Legal Officer

Band I

($34,342 – $51,511)

Legal Services
  • Bachelor’s Degree and Completion of Professional Legal Studies from a common law jurisdiction
  • AND must be admitted to the legal bar in a common law jurisdiction
  • AND must hold a valid Tongan Practicing Licence

Qualifications acceptable for this role must be in Law, or specialisation in Criminal Law; Criminology; Corruption & Governance, Anti-Money Laundering Law & Compliance, Serious Financial Crimes.
