Deputy CEO Operations |
The role of the Deputy CEO Operations (DCEOO) is to manage all technical operational divisions within the company. DCEOO shall be responsible for the oversight of air traffic services, aviation security, aerodrome operations, aeronautical telecommunication and supply of aviation fuel. DCEOO shall provide appropriate input into the development of TAL’s strategic operational plans and relevant periodic reports. Must have relevant qualification and 7 years minimum experience in a senior management role. Must meet fit and proper person requirements. |

Chief Financial Officer |
The role of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is to provide leadership and management of financial functions of the company. The CFO shall be responsible for the management of the Finance Division consisting of day-to-day planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting and strategic financial planning. CFO shall provide appropriate input into the development of TAL’s Budget and relevant periodic reports. Must have degree in relevant discipline from a recognised institution and must have 5 years minimum experience in a senior management role. |

Chief Safety Systems Manager |
The role of Chief Safety Systems Manager (CSSM) is to develop, implement and maintain a safety management and quality control system to ensure compliance with applicable Tonga Civil Aviation Rules. The CSSM is responsible for the safety and quality assurance of airport operations. CSSM shall provide appropriate input into the development and implementation of TAL’s strategic operational plans and relevant periodic reports. Must have relevant qualification and 5 years minimum experience in a senior management role. Must meet fit and proper person requirements. |
