1. RETAIL AND DIRECT SALES MANAGER

This role will report Head of Commercial and will effectively manage Consumer Sales for both Retail and Direct Sales (FOTS) in the market, delivering overall acquisition sales targets and taking a proactive approach to customer service levels in all retail store operations and managing a proactive approach to customer expectations for both Retail and Direct Sales (FOTS).

Successfully applicant will manage the Retail Store Operations in five locations: Nuku’alofa, Fu’amotu Airport, Vava’u, Ha’apai and ‘Eua. Also look after retail sales for agents and Sales and Digital FOTs teams in Tongatapu and contributing to the overall acquisition sales of new subscribers by selling all Digicel Consumer Products.

Core Responsibilities:

Responsible to oversight work with the retail and FOTs team to achieve sales objectives and quota in support of country objectives.

  • Ensure the operations of each retail store is running smoothly.
  • Ensuring all daily sales reports are managed with retail store supervisors in each location.
  • Assist in maintaining and expanding customer base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Implementation of Internal Monthly Mystery Shopper Exercise.
  • Ensure to in place proactive approach to propose, plan and implement sales strategy in liaison with the Commercial Head.
  • Providing thorough training on promotions and products to Retail teams to ensure their product levels are on par.
  • All other tasks assigned by CEO in relation to Operations, Human Resources, and Sales for the Department.
  • Full Responsibility for the delivery of budgets and Revenue targets.
  • Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales presence, employee satisfaction & NPS, subscriber base maintenance and growth.
  • Support the CEO and other SMT members, as and when required.
  • Responsible for the overall H&S of staff and ensuring Digicel H&S policies and procedures are followed.

Academic qualifications, Experience and Skills required for this role:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management/administrations.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, including tact and diplomacy.
  • Experienced in leadership development initiatives.
  • Experienced of working in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experienced in dealing with and managing external partners and customers.

2. PRODUCTS EXECUTIVE

This role will report Head of Commercial and responsible for providing product performance, key insights and strategic support to management and sales team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible to understand customer behaviour, sales rep behaviour to ensure sales process is met to improve quality sales.
  • Responsible to provide key insights and recommend solutions to improve sales and revenue targets.
  • Ensure sales process is met to improve quality sales.
  • Responsible to conduct and run retention offers to keep churn at a sustainable level.
  • Accountable to drive data subscribers by targeting Data ND Non data users every week to increase usage and revenue.
  • Review of existing business process and create new process for current business gaps.
  • Responsible to providing trend analysis and support for new product development.
  • Reviewing & distributing daily and monthly KPIs information to senior management.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Academic qualifications, Experience and Skills required for this role:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management/administrations.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business management.
  • Strong Analytical and Numerical Skills.
  • Ability to interpret and interrogate large sets of financial, sales and market data.
  • Ability to manipulate data at speed and with utmost accuracy.
  • Strong MS Excel skills , and competent with PowerPoint presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, delivering multiple requirements against tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Time Management.
