1. Senior Retail Officer

As a Senior Retail Leader, you will have the very meaningful job of leading the day to day store operations, ensuring your team build memorable experiences and making your customers D.I.Y. projects a reality. Your store will be your pride and joy - you'll use visual merchandising to your best advantage, aligning this to store marketing plans.

What you can expect to do:

  • Support the store leadership team.
  • Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers.
  • Coach the team on the right service behaviours.
  • Assist with inducting and training the team.
  • Ensure that merchandising standards fit with business requirements.
  • Coordinate stock.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • Ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team.
  • An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team.
  • Open communication style.
  • Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers.
  • Have an eagerness to learn about new products.
  • To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours.

4. Human Resources Officer - Pacific Retail Ltd.

Join our HR team and help make a difference in our diverse organisation. As a member of the HR team, you will handle confidential and sensitive information, as well as demonstrate strong integrity and ethical behaviours. You will use your strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to bring about continuous improvement on a daily basis; put your communication, organizational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing HR environment.

Minimum requirement and skills:

  • 3+years of Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other relevant field.
  • Detail oriented with ability to analyse, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (Compensation, Onboarding, Exiting, Training & Development etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good Organisational and time management abilities.
  • Fluent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Diploma or advanced college education in a related field included but not limited to; Human Resources, Business Administration or Organization Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee record according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Prepare Monthly HR reports for Board and Management.
  • Perform any other HR/administration tasks assigned.

5. Accounts Clerk

Minimum requirements:

  • Graduate from TTI or SJBC.
  • Familiar with basic accounting procedures.
  • Competency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for numbers.
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
  • Well organised.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  • Daily data entry of financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Track and reconcile accounting documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Compile reports and inform Accountant/Management on activity areas.
  • Function in accordance with established standard operating procedures and process.
  • Constantly update job knowledge.
