1. Relationship Officer, Retail
Position Summary
The role is the primary gateway to the bank’s products and services by managing the customer relationship with the bank. The role must develop an understanding of the customers’ needs and should be able to provide solutions on the basis. By doing so the role must generate revenue for the bank and continue to grow the size of the portfolio through increasing share of wallet with existing customers and acquire new ones.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Desirable:
- Sales experience;
- Understanding of risk and compliance; and
- Strong product knowledge.
Essential:
- Understanding and knowledge of banking processes;
- Strong customer engagements ability;
- Results oriented with strong display of perseverance;
- Excellent relationships and networking skills;
- Honest and committed;
- Team leading skills;
- Proactive;
- Willing to work after the normal working hours; and
- Computer skills.

2. Sales Consultant
Position Summary:
The role is responsible for providing professional sales expertise to customers, to help them meet their financial needs and goals. You will also assist the branch to meet and out-perform their business objectives, including sales and revenue targets. The role is also responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Desirable:
- Sales experience;
- Understanding of risk and compliance; and
- Strong product knowledge.
Essential:
- Strong customer focus;
- Relationships and networking skills;
- Team work; and
- Understand bank’s products and processes.
Both positions report to the Head of Retail and will be based at the Nuku’alofa Branch at Taufa’ahau Road.
