Human Resources Manager

Tonga Police is pleased to invite interested candidates to apply for the following vacant position.

Minimum Requirements

Salary Band and Range

1. Human Resources Manager

Corporate Services Division

Either / Or:

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (TNQAB Framework Level 8+) with 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant degree + 3 years in a similar role or 6 years relevant work experience
  • Relevant diploma + 6 years in a similar role, or 10 years relevant work experience
  • Current Public Service or private sector employee with 7 years experience in a similar role

Knowledge and understanding of Tonga Police’s operational environment would be an advantage

Band I

($30,240 - $45,360)
