    Rigger - Tonga

    This role will report to the Technical Manager and will be responsible for assisting in all rigging and field works in an efficient and professional manner. The successful candidate must ensure that all Fop tools are accounted for, are properly maintained and included in O&M routine checklist with proper planned work, and conduct site survey for new and existing sites to avoid conflict and unnecessary network outage. The successful candidate will also coordinate with other teams to troubleshoot and rectify faults on network sites in the field. In addition, all outstanding issues, transmission network failures/potential failures and breaches of contract to be escalated to the Technical Manager and provide support to staff welfare.

    Must have Diploma in Electrical works and basic school qualifications, computer literate and GSM basic. Should have excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

    Head of Commercial - Tonga (Re-advertised)

    The Head of Commercial will build excellence in customer product development, analytics and reporting and be responsible for delivering Consumer Revenue & Subscribers along with delivering the commercial strategy for the business. Selected candidate will have ownership of product development & launch in market ensuring customer demand is met & experience is enhanced, to drive Consumer Revenue & Subscribers from prepaid and postpaid to ensure budget is met and growth YOY is achieved, Grow in Data Revenue, Subscriber & Smartphone Identify key insights and develop business cases to ensure business has better competitive edge than competition.

    You must have 5-8 years of commercial experience in Telco industry with key knowledge of market, products, consumer behavior with strong strategic focus in development of commercial plans for product launches & budgets for Consumer Revenue. Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Management/ Information Systems or any other related discipline would be an added advantage.

    Customer Care Manager - Tonga

    Are you consistently able to exceed your customer’s expectations? As the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Care representatives, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring and exceeding customer satisfactions. This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be required to drive a “Customer, Digital and Simple Approach”, developing holistic customer journey and shaping all customer touchpoints: Call Center, Digital, Retail & Social Media Interactions. You will need to demonstrate an ability to manage difficult situations and have excellent communications skills. Sound intriguing?

    The successful candidate will be required to solicit customer feedback / insight from a variety of sources and segment, prioritize, evaluate and coordinate end-to-end implementations of it. You must have at least a degree of Diploma in Business Management or Operations Management and 5 years in Customer Care Manager.
