Technical to the Position


Manager Marketing & Public Relations
Administration Division

  • A Manager Marketing Public Relations works to improve the image of the Authority. He/she plans and directs the creation of marketing materials that will enhance the public image of the company. A marketing public relations manager works closely with the finance, procurement, sales, and customer service departments. Externally, they work with the media, vendors, contractors, and advertising agencies so as to increase their brand's reach.
  • This role is responsible for the administering, supervising, monitoring, implementing and reviewing of the Public Relations, Marketing and Communication sub-section of the Corporate Services. This is to ensure the maximization of the productivity of the Authority by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees.
  • A Degree in Management, Marketing or Public Relations or relevant qualification from a recognised institution.
  • A Masters in Management, Marketing or Public Relations or relevant qualification from a recognised institution will be an advantage • Basic knowledge in Accounting and Legal.
  • 5 years’ minimum experience in a senior managerial level in Marketing and Public Relations.
  • Past experience in facilitating, preparing and delivering in-house trainings.
  • Previous experience in performance management system.
  • Be computer, Microsoft Office and internet literate.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent skills in report and letter writing.


Internal Auditor
Office of the CEO

  • An internal auditor is responsible for reviewing the company’s processes, identifying anomalies, and reporting any issues found to management. The outcome of this work should be a series of process improvements and adjustments to control systems, so that the business operates more efficiently and effectively, while mitigating risk.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law and Auditing or relevant degree from a recognised institution.
  • Knowledge of Legal and Financial Systems is desirable.
  • 5 years’ minimum experience in a senior managerial level.
  • Past experiences in facilitating, preparing, and delivering in-house trainings.
  • Be computer, Microsoft Office and internet literate
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent skills in report and letter writing.
  • Able to work long hours.
